APPLICATION
• MK 30 should be applied directly to clean mold surfaces by
spraying, roller or brush.
• For maximum benefit from the product, the material should
be applied in thin layers. Since the use of excess oil may cause
staining on the concrete, excess oil on the surface should be
removed with a sponge or similar material. Do not use this
product in rainy weather. MK-33 can be preferred for rainy
weather.
DEFINITION
It is a ready-to-use mold release liquid based on mineral oil,
emulsified with silicone oil, which allows easy separation of
Playwood molds from fresh concrete and provides a smooth
and spotless surface to the concrete.
AREA FOR APPLICATION
• It is used when it is necessary to extend the life of the mold,
to remove the concrete properly and to save labor.
